Jimmy Colored Glasses (Original Demo)

from Presents The Farm Tapes, Vol. 1 by Todd Parker

Written in 1996 around the time Tadpoles Far Out album was released, Jimmy Colored Glasses did not appear officially until Tadpoles 1999's Whirlaway. This was the original demo in its raw form. Looks like I changed the lyrics to 3rd person perspective in the later version.

Never thought that I'd feel so sad
Never wanted anything I had
And its time that I learned to see
It's enough to just believe

We all will pass away
No one makes us stay
If there's any way to make it good
I think that I should
